I had a lovely time! I got a rook piercing. I went with my friend who had an appointment to get 2 piercings and was persuaded to get one myself after seeing the level of professionalism that they provided. Jess did my piercing and they were absolutely lovely. They talked me through all the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and happy with everything! The lovely employees at check out and check in were equally as friendly. I would 100% recommend going here.

i walked in on a saturday night. waited around 10-15 min. my piercer was super cool and calming, walked me thru everything and encouraged intentional breathing to make the process easier. there were multiple stress balls available to fidget with which i loved because i was super freaked out and i hate needles. establishment was very professional and clean. jewelry was a bit overpriced but i think its worth for the flatback/ comfort and quality. huge selection too.

No fuss appointment process and very quick piercings! I got my thirds done as a walk-in and my helix and stacked lobe done recently with appointments. I have a low pain tolerance and afraid of needles. But i love the piercer Rhi who I’ve had multiple times by chance and will keep coming back in the future!

I got my first piercing and the experience was great: Sophia working at the front desk explained everything in detail and Daniel did a wonderful job keeping the experience fun. I was shown the final price and I paid via their iPad. However, I returned a 1.5 hours later because I noticed that I didn’t get a $15 discount on the email receipt sent around 30 minutes later (which was stated when I booked the piercing appointment online). This new African American female worker was extremely rude, stating that “I had to let them know beforehand because they are a big business and they can’t know everyone’s information.” With her tone it felt like she was accusing me of doing something wrong. But it was not stated that I had to let the front desk know in the emails or website. She then was sighing frustratingly and even commented rudely “If I came all the way back the store for the $15.” I had to be refunded and then recharged with the discount. I then wanted to clarify if the refund and the new charge would be in another email and she replied with sarcasm “You should check your phone”, as if the question I asked was dumb. Overall, I would like to go again but I am very hesitant due to my bad interaction with this person.
