  I’m leaving this 1-star review because I can’t support Sephora while it continues to carry Huda Beauty without addressing serious human-rights concerns. In January 2026, peaceful protests in Iran were met with a brutal crackdown—reported mass killings, widespread arrests, and credible concerns about torture and mistreatment of detainees.  Beauty should never be separated from humanity. I’m choosing not to shop at Sephora until the company publicly clarifies its standards and takes action.

  They ask you if you need help a ton of times so idk how anyone feels unhelped, But the older lady that’s specializes in Kiehls has a nasty energy to her. They make you feel uncomfortable if you aren’t buying, just trying on products because they want commission. I said I buy them online at a cheaper price and she said in a really nasty tone and face “ you do whatever makes you happy”. All the other associates are really sweet especially in fragrance. But the old lady with a red lip ruined the vibe for me.

  I sent my partner to pick up a product from this Sephora location. He visited the store twice on 2 consecutive days and was told both times that the item was not available/out of stock. On the first day, the product was in stock according to the website, but he was sent away because the staff told him that they hadn't done inventory yet and that the product will be in stock next day. As told, he came back the following day and was told by an employee who was stocking that it was not available. He saw the item ON HER CART that she was restocking with and ended up purchasing it. I am surprised by the lack of service as I usually have a good experience at this Sephora. Not sure if these employees are new or just lazy, but I hope to not have to make a review like this again.

  I went there to buy the new (Yves Saint Laurent myself) for men, but the staff were so rude it wasn’t even funny. They just pointed and said, “It’s right there & walked away.” They didn’t even ask what size I needed. They just left me standing there. I was stunned I didn’t know where to start, so I just left the store.
