- CCChanel ConnorNov 16, 20255.0I would like to take a moment to commend Dacey for the outstanding customer service I received during my visit to the Sephora store at Prudential Center. I came in around Halloween in search of the right foundation, and Dacey was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the perfect product. She recommended a Patrick Ta foundation that has worked wonderfully for my skin, leaving it smooth and flake-free. Dacey went above and beyond by not only assisting me with selecting products but also taking the time to suggest a Glow Recipe serum to enhance my makeup application. Despite the store being quite busy on that weekday, she made sure to personally check me out, which was a tremendous help as I was on a tight schedule to catch my train before dark. Please share my sincere appreciation with Dacey and the entire store team. Thanks to her assistance, I’ve been very happy with my new products and will definitely be returning in the future! :) There was also another employee in past (Olivia) who was helpful at this location and I am grateful as finding the right products can be tricky! It's really important to me to get products that match my skin and features and so I really appreciate their help!

Penelope made sure to take the time to help me find the perfect shade of concealer and foundation (it’s hard for me to find the right shade). She was super nice and patient the entire time which helped me feel more welcome. I will 10/10 be recommending friends and family to come to this Sephora.
- KKKMCNov 8, 20251.0Lowkey annoyed by how rude the staff are at this location. Went yesterday afternoon for a few things and was greeted by a woman who looked offended that people were coming into the store. No big deal. The annoying thing was when we then encountered another two judgmental girls who work here, especially the young woman with short curly hair, by the fragrances. She kept pushing in front of me multiple times within the two minutes I was at the display (please just ask like a normal person, I of course have no problem moving) to rummage through the drawers underneath. She was presumably “helping” a nearby customer who was clearly more important than me. She seemed very impatient and fed up that there were other people trying to browse on a busy Saturday. She tapped on my sister and gave her a random dirty look (why are you tapping people at all tho, that's condescending) in order to get directly in front of her as well. Finally my sister whispers to me that we should go to a different section for now. Her and the other worker scoffed and looked at us like we were beneath them. We said screw it and left immediately without buying anything. Glad they got what they wanted! Other low reviews mention impolite staff — I have to assume management is aware of this but don’t care. Treat people with decency. It’s not that difficult, and if it is for you, maybe you need to find a different job.
