I’ve been to the Sephora at the Prudential Center many times, and the associates are generally okay, but my experience on 04/13 was amazing. I have to give a big shoutout to Nicole from the Prada stand. She went above and beyond to not only help me, but to create a full experience. She was so sweet and extremely helpful with all of my questions. I originally went in looking for a different foundation, but she took the time to explain the Prada foundation in detail, and she was absolutely right. I ended up purchasing it, and I love it! She shade matched me, helped me try it on in store, and made the whole process very enjoyable. There was also a promotional gift with purchase at the time, and she made sure I received it, which I appreciated. She even took a Polaroid photo of me, which was such a thoughtful touch. Even after I was sold on the Prada foundation, I needed help finding other items, and she gladly continued assisting me. Nicole was amazing and Sephora is lucky to have her.
