They just pointed and said, “It’s right there & walked away.” They didn’t even ask what size I needed. They just left me standing there. I was stunned I didn’t know where to start, so I just left the store.

They are so well staffed, in less than a minute a staff member sees my panicked face and offers to help. I tell them who I am shopping for and they bring me around the store offering suggestions. Just yesterday Julia helped me find perfect gifts and the Charlotte Tillbury team there, gave me free gifts and packaged my gifts in beautiful gift bags. I’ve never had anything but a helpful, great experience Christmas shopping there.
