When I asked one of the associates for help finding the right shade, she provided very little guidance, she was pointing things out and quickly walked away to stand near the cashier with two other associates just Chatting aroun…When I called her back, she refused to assist me further and sent another person instead. I had specifically wanted her opinion since she had already seen my skin without foundation, but she was rude. I won’t come back to this location anymore, as this never happened At the Prudential location. All of them there are helpful and friendly.
