Unfortunately, when I opened the sample (a lipstick from HOURGLASS), it turned out to be completely empty — just the lipstick casing with no actual product inside. I tried to exchange it at another Sephora location, but was told that it couldn’t be replaced. This was very disappointing and quite frustrating, especially after such a large purchase. I hope the store can check their samples more carefully in the future.
