    I purchased a gift card for my girlfriend's birthday at this location. When she tried to use it, the balance was $0. There seems to be zero accountability from the staff. It appears that somehow, gift card numbers are being stolen and used immediately after the money is loaded. I strongly recommend avoiding purchasing any gift cards from this location.

    I recently spent around $250 at this store and was kindly given a sample by the sales associate Johanna. I really appreciated the gesture! Unfortunately, when I opened the sample (a lipstick from HOURGLASS), it turned out to be completely empty — just the lipstick casing with no actual product inside. I tried to exchange it at another Sephora location, but was told that it couldn’t be replaced. This was very disappointing and quite frustrating, especially after such a large purchase. I hope the store can check their samples more carefully in the future.

    I visited this location, hoping for a pleasant shopping experience, but unfortunately, I was let down by the customer service. The staff seemed unapproachable and unhelpful, and it was difficult to get assistance when I had questions about products. I believe that Sephora has a strong reputation for customer care, but this location did not reflect that. The employees appeared disengaged, and there was little effort to ensure a positive shopping experience. I hope management can address these issues, as improving staff attentiveness and helpfulness would make a significant difference. I look forward to seeing better customer service here in the future.
