- SSStarDec 16, 20251.0Unprofessional woman: Fanuel Hall market place. Sephora customer service has gone down over the years. I called on 12/16/25 at 8:20 pm looking for the Natasha Denona sharpener. The woman who picked up the phone was rude and unhelpful with a disgusting attitude. When she told me she didn’t have the product in store I asked for the store that carried it, she told me to look it up myself and that they were closing and hung up. I looked up google for bad reviews for Sephora Boston and there were tons of them noting racial bias, rudeness and unhelpful staff. I will no longer shop at Sephora.

There seems to be zero accountability from the staff. It appears that somehow, gift card numbers are being stolen and used immediately after the money is loaded. I strongly recommend avoiding purchasing any gift cards from this location.
