    I came to the store with my friend and we were looking to purchase body wash. Daphne was really quick and kind to help us and she recommended her friends favorites and her own personal favorite scents. We did end up purchasing and we are very happy with our purchase. At first, the reason why I came to the store today was because I had a school project on hospitality which I explained to Daphne. She was eager to assist me by explaining more about the store and select scents in depth, and finally as the cherry on top, she wished me luck on my essay and open the door for us as we left, which I thought was a really kind gesture, Thank You!

    Daphne was warm and super helpful. I asked for a selection of plates and she happily showed me all of the available pieces and offered her services.

    We came in after our bottle’s atomizer straw detached. Jenny and the manager were on top of it and helped us with our situation, and even gave us samples and educated us on the most recent release. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely be back, thank you Jenny and manager!

    Was so excited today to shop at my first diptyque store ever. There were a few fragrances that I had in mind to smell, but also wanted to try their other, lesser known fragrances as they had so many in store. However, I didn’t want to google the notes to find what would be up my alley for every single perfume as that would’ve been too time consuming. The young, male employee that was there today did not offer help or engage with me at all - literally did not say a word to me (besides hi and bye) for the entirety of my 20 min in the store and instead just awkwardly stood on one side of the store. Not even a generic “let me know if you need anything,” or “can I help you find anything today?” I felt like I was being watched the entire time that I was sampling the perfumes - not a great feeling! I didn’t feel welcome and thought it was incredibly weird that a sales associate wasn’t engaging with the sole customer that was in the store. I was definitely looking to purchase a few things today too, what a shame - Ive had much better experiences at department stores. That employee completely ruined what should’ve been a fun first time experience.
