- MLMaria LoeraJan 4, 20265.0I have been buying their lemongrass soap for years. It’s smells amazing, is biodegradable, and you can use refillable containers to reduce the amount of plastic used. Their customer service is also amazing, it’s always a nice experience going in person to explore new products.

I was on the hunt to get my fav sunscreen Minu, and her store was one of the last stores in Boston to have them. She was so helpful, and even recommended a similar product (Iris&Romeo’s Weekend Glow) for the future. She also called another Boston store for me to check on their stock. She went above & beyond to help me and was so friendly and personable. I so appreciate her help. I have always loved the city of Boston and Mads is a true representation of caring the people there are. The best customer service I have ever received. And it goes without saying I am a huge fan of Credos products. Now more than ever I want my actions to have a positive impact, and the products here share my values. The ingredients are good for my skin and the brands work to use minimal plastic and no excess packaging. I also love their Pact recycle program. Thank you Credo!
