  Every time I visit this location it becomes a highlight of my week. The store itself is laid out beautifully and cleanly. The associates are very knowledgeable and passionate about the products and don’t leave you feeling pressured to purchase. I’ve been helped a bunch by Nelisa and I can’t thank her enough for helping me narrow down my signature scent.

Steven y otra asesora nos atendieron con muchísima amabilidad y dedicación. Nos guiaron entre las fragancias, nos explicaron sobre la marca y nos ayudaron a encontrar el perfume perfecto para un momento tan especial. Incluso nos ofrecieron muestras para probarlas con calma y agua mientras esperábamos, lo que hizo que todo se sintiera aún más acogedor y personalizado. Después de unas horas regresé porque supe que había encontrado el perfume indicado. Más que una compra, fue una experiencia hermosa y memorable. Sin duda, una atención al cliente excepcional. — I went with my future husband to look for the perfumes we would wear on our wedding day, and the experience at the store was simply wonderful. Steven and another advisor welcomed us with incredible kindness and dedication. They guided us through the different fragrances, explained the brand, and helped us find the perfect scent for such a special moment. They even offered us samples to try at our own pace and gave us water while we waited, which made everything feel very welcoming and personal. A few hours later I returned to the store because I knew I had found the perfect perfume. More than just a purchase, it was a beautiful and memorable experience. Truly exceptional customer service.

  I came to the store with my friend and we were looking to purchase body wash. Daphne was really quick and kind to help us and she recommended her friends favorites and her own personal favorite scents. We did end up purchasing and we are very happy with our purchase. At first, the reason why I came to the store today was because I had a school project on hospitality which I explained to Daphne. She was eager to assist me by explaining more about the store and select scents in depth, and finally as the cherry on top, she wished me luck on my essay and open the door for us as we left, which I thought was a really kind gesture, Thank You!

  We came in after our bottle’s atomizer straw detached. Jenny and the manager were on top of it and helped us with our situation, and even gave us samples and educated us on the most recent release. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely be back, thank you Jenny and manager!
