They’ve actually come off as a bit rude and kind of judgmental, which has made shopping there pretty uncomfortable for me. I really do like Sephora’s products, so I hope they can improve the customer service experience in the future.

However, Emmy was super helpful and just absolutely amazing. You can tell she is knowledgeable about skin as she knew almost instantly what my shade is. She also did a skin graph or IQ which tells me everything I need to know about my skin! It also provides a full listing of recommended products so that I can shop confidently next time ! Thanks so much again Emmy for a great customer service expedience.

They all hit something I was looking for and I ultimately left with a new purfume and the feeling of a curated experience. She was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and didn't give up on me or show even an ounce of annoyance or frustration. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout-out!
