  I had an appointment this afternoon and 1st thing I want to tell you is my appointment was at 1:15. I arrived at 1:10 so I wouldn’t cause a delay for the tech and the tech called me in at 1:20, not horrible but mind you, there was no one else there so I’m not sure why there was a delay. The tech proceeded to tell me the Botox was $13.00 a unit. What? I was told when I started going there that they would maintain the price. I have been a regular since the spa opened when I’m in town and have referred many clients. I will let them know to beware. They bait and switch. Buyer beware! I liked them at first but apparently they are becoming greedy. Do your homework before choosing a salon . There are many out there.

  First Look Med Spa is a wonderful spot for a full pampering experience. The spa package was well-curated and relaxing from start to finish, the body waxing was done efficiently and with care, and the spa party experience was a real highlight — the staff went above and beyond to make it feel special and fun. The ambiance is clean, calming, and professional. Holding back the 5th star only because booking and scheduling could be a bit more streamlined. Overall a great med spa worth visiting for any occasion.

  I had a service done with Kayla and she is truly amazing!! She made me feel so comfortable, listened to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. I completely trust her and felt I was in such good hands the entire time. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an aesthetics nurse who is both skilled and caring!

  I previously left a review regarding my experience with laser treatments, and while I had concerns at the time, I want to update it because things were handled the right way afterward. It wasn’t very clear who to contact when issues came up, which was frustrating, but Jess personally reached out to me, listened, and showed genuine care and professionalism. Because of that, I returned to the spa and had a great experience. The customer service I received from Jess made a huge difference — she took the time to make sure I felt heard and valued, and that meant a lot. I also want to thank the technician who took care of me today. She was patient, kind, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. That level of care does not go unnoticed. I’m happy to say I will continue coming to First Look Med Spa, and I appreciate them taking the time to turn a frustrating situation into a positive one.
