  I have been going to this spa for quite some time and have never had any issues with other services I’ve received there. However, over the past six months, I have been undergoing laser treatments, which are quite costly, and the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Laser treatments can be painful, and at times I may naturally squirm due to discomfort. I can’t help but wonder if this may be contributing to the technician seeming rushed or eager to end the session quickly. I requested a different technician and was informed that the technician currently assigned to me is the only one available. Unfortunately, the appointments often feel hurried and lacking the care and attention this type of treatment requires. I believe I have two treatments remaining, and after completing them, I plan to look for another spa that can provide this service with the level of care, patience, and professionalism it deserves.

  It's always a great experience at First Look Med Spa. Kayla goes above and beyond to deliver the best, most comfortable services. Wonderful treatment from reception to estheticians.

  I recently visited First Look Med Spa, and I had an absolutely amazing experience with Courtney. I haven’t been to many spas or received much of any skincare in the past before, and was admittedly skeptical. However, from the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and truly cared for. What stood out the most was how thorough she was in evaluating my skin before recommending any products or services. Instead of jumping straight into a treatment, Courtney took the time to assess my skin type, concerns, and goals. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood why certain facials and products would be the best fit for me. I really appreciated her personalized approach—it felt like she genuinely wanted the best results for my skin rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. The facial she recommended left my skin feeling refreshed, clean, and glowing. I could immediately tell the difference, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend First Look Med Spa, especially Courtney—her expertise, attentiveness, and professionalism make it obvious how much she enjoys her work and takes it seriously.

  I’m not sure they are being truthful about the product they use for dysport or. Botox. I had to go in several times as the product was not working. Either their staff is not well trained, or they are not using real products. SCARY! I can actually prove I was there. To my point here to customers, they lie and are misleading.

  Had an amazing experience with this team. Jess is so amazing, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the work and helped guide me to a treatment to help with my acne I’ve dealt with for years. Haley, who did my laser treatment, did an amazing job too, explained what she was doing and was super kind. I immediately saw improvement in my skin, something that I haven’t seen in years. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!
