- GTGia Tsui2 days ago1.0My 12-year-old daughter had her hair cut with Ricki the first time, and he was terrific, very kind, and he did a fantastic job cutting my daughter's hair. That's the reason we returned to this place. Unfortunately, Ricki was out for the entire week, and with my working schedule, I had no option but to book an appointment with someone else, as well as for myself. My daughter's haircut was fine. However, I didn't have a good experience. I requested a haircut without washing my hair because I have a sensitive scalp. However, Catherine didn't do a good job with my hair. I was expecting to get my hair at least wet before cutting it; before slicing, she seemed to lack much experience, as it took forever to trim my long hair, leaving it uneven. I didn't complain or anything at that moment because my daughter was present. I paid $60 just for my unwashed hair and a bad haircut. And, had to pay $30 extra to get my hair fixed somewhere else.
