  I went to Josie, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. After waiting 20 minutes on her she came in with the worst attitude ever and it did not get better throughout the appointment. I understand people have had days but taking it out on the client is never okay. I felt as though she was not communicating to me effectively about my hair’s needs and made negative comments towards me. I felt extremely insecure and belittled. This was the worst salon experience EVER! I would not recommend at all!

  The hair dresser was 30 minutes late. She ripped my nose ring out when brushing hair off my face. She also informed me I was hairy & greasy. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Very bad service.

  I got to my appointment 8 minutes early and two employees were talking at the counter. One said she’ll be with me in a moment to have a seat and they continued to talk. 15 minutes after my appointment time I was taken back to begin my manicure and pedicure. The OPI color selection was VERY limited. My nails were filed and painted. Nothing else. It took an hour and fifteen minutes for her to file and paint my nails!! There was one other employee in the salon part of the time, the phone was not ringing, there were no other clients or customers it was just her and I. There is no reason it should’ve taken that much time to file and paint my nails, which I do not consider a manicure, that’s simply getting your nails painted. After I was moved to the pedicure room, my pedicure also took an hour and 15 minutes. She held my foot without confidence and had it in multiple uncomfortable positions. The scrub was the best part of my pedicure. I enjoyed it so much I asked her if they sold it upfront and she let me know that they did not. All of the towels that she used (which was more more than enough) had stains or rips and holes. She was extremely talkative the whole time about a lot of different issues (political included) that I feel should not be talked with when you’re talking with the public. She must have gotten up and left me during the manicure or pedicure at least 100 times for one or two minutes at a time. I have been receiving manicures and pedicures since I was a child and I have never experienced this kind of treatment before. When it was time to check out she did not know how to process my payment and had to call two people to help her get it through. When I got to the exit I ran into a friend of mine and she could not believe the appearance of my nails. It looks like my husband did them in our home. I am extremely disappointed and will not be going back nor telling anyone anything positive about this experience!
