  Leah did an excellent job! We showed her pictures of the idea we had for my husbands hair & she executed perfectly! She also did a great job on his beard! We will definitely be back. Booking the appointment was super easy as well.

  I initially booked a classic hair cut for my child as he always gets. He was refused this service. He asked for a medium skin fade and she shaved most of his hair off. He asked her multiple times to stop shaving and she didn’t listen. He left crying and the staff just didn’t care. Now I have to pay for another hair cut to fix this mess.

  My husband is a first time customer. Called on Saturday morning to confirm what time they would be closing, he was told 6:00 and the staff stated that he could book an appointment. An appointment was booked for 3:40 p.m., with a text confirmation received on my husband’s end. We arrived to the shop at 3:39, upon arrival he was told that they didn’t know if the they would be able to work him in because he was late. He asked them what time that they had him down for and the staff stated 3:30. My husband showed them the text confirmation with the 3:40 time. The staff spoke to the manager who stated that they would not be able to work him in because they already filled all of their slots for the evening.

  This isn’t the first time , but I scheduled an appointment at a certain time and on their app it said they were openings well I get there 10min early and never am I ever greeted at the door and there were 10 people in the waiting area, after 20 min of waiting 5 more people walked in I’m guessing they all had appointments also , THERE WERE ONLY 2 people working ,so after 35 min of standing in the waiting area I tried asking about who was next and where I was on the to do list and all I got was “idk” bad atmosphere the workers looked miserable like they didn’t wanna be there .. very unprofessional and like I said this was the 2nd time back to back this has happened
