  This isn’t the first time , but I scheduled an appointment at a certain time and on their app it said they were openings well I get there 10min early and never am I ever greeted at the door and there were 10 people in the waiting area, after 20 min of waiting 5 more people walked in I’m guessing they all had appointments also , THERE WERE ONLY 2 people working ,so after 35 min of standing in the waiting area I tried asking about who was next and where I was on the to do list and all I got was “idk” bad atmosphere the workers looked miserable like they didn’t wanna be there .. very unprofessional and like I said this was the 2nd time back to back this has happened

  best place. gives me a perfect haircut every time no matter what i ask for. doesnt matter who you book with. perfect customer service. love this place i genuinely cant recommend it enough.

  I called ahead to confirm they offer children’s haircuts and was told they do. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff overall did not come across as friendly, and the stylist who cut my nephew’s hair was particularly rude. At one point, another customer in the lobby even suggested I check on him because the stylist appeared visibly annoyed and was not interacting kindly with him. He’s just a child, and if children’s cuts aren’t something they’re comfortable doing, I would have appreciated that honesty upfront. I showed reference photos of what he wanted, but the end result was very uneven and poorly done, including his bangs. I understand that lining up a child’s hair can be challenging, but this went beyond that. I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews, but the lack of professionalism and kindness was disappointing. While this may not change their approach, I hope sharing my experience helps others know what to expect.
