One tension spot was not even touched and she didn't work on my shoulders. She worked on my arms more than anything. It was such a bummer to pay for an expensive massage and not feel results.

I have facials every couple of months there. They have a wide range of facials and very knowledgeable staff that work with your skin type to enhance it and make it glow. The experience is always wonderful and my skin benefits from the extra care it receives. The Spa is very clean and has a lovely tranquil atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a bit of pampering (and who doesn’t).

I’ve been going to WoodHouse for special occasions years but this time it just wasn’t the same experience. I arrived early I needed to shower because I came straight from the gym. When I used the shower, it was freezing cold, but I assumed it was because I didn’t know what I was doing. I finished my shower, dressed in my robe and waited for my massage therapist. Once receiving the massage, I found it very odd that my therapist used one hand during most of the massage. I’m very familiar with massage services because I get them often and I found it very strange that in certain instances only one hand was used during a massage. And of course, that did not lead to any full satisfaction on the massage. I waited throughout the massage to see if both hands would be used, but it would probably be for a short period of time, disappointing. So I had to take another shower because there was no wipe down with warm towels for the oil residue. I notified the front desk and letting That the water was not warming up and wasn’t sure if it was my doing. They came to the back to run the water and noticed that the water never warmed up. They also acknowledged that something was wrong with The hot water heater for the shower after further troubleshooting. They apologized for the inconvenience. So again, I took another cold shower and got dressed. When I got to the front desk to check out the cold shower was not acknowledged nor was there any type of percentage off considering that I took two cold showers. I’m there for the massage but the shower amenity fell through. I also could’ve complained about the massage right then but I was in a rush and didn’t want to go through the motions of getting a manager involved. It’s sad to say, but Woodhouse is not the same to me.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We have age restrictions for some services and anyone under the age of 18 will require parental release before the services can be rendered. Please give us a call for age requirements. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.

In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
