I asked her for help she said I will send someone over to help you or I will come help you. No one came to help. I watched other employees talk to one another and help new guests but no one came over. I’m hard to miss as I’m tall. I couldn’t wait any longer. As I walked out empty handed the same employee that said she would send someone over/she would come over said bye have a great day. I won’t be back. It’s already difficult enough to find parking. I’ll drive father to the one in Metairie.
