Not only was she so up-beat and friendly, but she fiddled with the placement of the piercing until it was as symmetrical to the other ear as any human could get it. What a precious person! Definitely recommend the shop on its own, but all the wonderful nursing staff that I met and Karina in retail are who will keep me going back!

She helped them shop for earrings, explained the procedure thoroughly in understandable terms. She performed the piercings with such competency and compassion. Not only was she focused on the baby, but she was excellent with the parents. I cannot imagine a better experience. Bravo Becky and Rowan!!! 🤩🥰🥇
- RMRuby McDonaldJan 6, 20265.0Me and some friends were talking about getting a piercing and wanting to try somewhere new and I always kinda heard about Rowan and since I was around I decided to go check it out for myself. I got my front helix done and while it is a not a popular spot I still decided to get it. Was very nervous because I had one needle piercing done before and it was terrible absolutely worst pain ever, but when she came out and started talking to me and I told her I was nervy she calmed me and honestly it was perfect of course I felt a little pinch but it really was not bad at all and will be going back to get the other ear done to match and bringing my friends this time. All the workers are really nice and love to answer all the questions and the atmosphere is super cute absolutely picture worthy!! My one thing I would say to maybe be a little picky about is the pricing. While yes this place does everything to be clean and uses all safe products I wish the pricing was a little lower just because since it is healthier to go here more people of course want to go but have to turn away because of pricing. For example my front helix was about $115. And I got the cleaner which added a $20 so it was not cheap even though I love and I am going back this does make me and I feel others rethink going because of that even though they know they will have a good experience. BUT OVERALL LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!!!
