- JJJen J.Mar 9, 20262.0The business model feels scammy to me. The first time I came, I was told I could re-use my earring bought from Rowan at my next appointment. At the next appointment I was made to buy a second earring because they refused to re-use. I had to buy a duplicate of the same earring they sold me under the context that I could use it twice. FYI, there is a charge for the piercing, the earring, changing the posts (which they don't give you in advance with your earring), a cost to change to your own earring when it's done, etc. The total cost was a bit ridiculous for services offered, around $250 for two earrings, NOT including another $50-100 to change the posts or earrings down the line. One of the appointments, the piercer actually pierced me with the wrong earring and the process had to be redone with me bleeding badly. I'd recommend going elsewhere

She was patient and catered to my sister to ensure a seamless piercing experience and then took the time to change sizing for her. Then I decided to get jewelry for a pre-existing piercing and she put it in for me flawlessly! We will definitely be going back soon. 5 Star people, with 5 star service! (Ps all piercers are licensed medical professionals. This is awesome detail that is Noticed!) 😍🤗

We drove in from an hour away, and our expectations were both high, and met by the courteous staff, cleanliness of the business, and the high quality and reasonable prices. 5/5 stars!
