I got my front helix done and while it is a not a popular spot I still decided to get it. Was very nervous because I had one needle piercing done before and it was terrible absolutely worst pain ever, but when she came out and started talking to me and I told her I was nervy she calmed me and honestly it was perfect of course I felt a little pinch but it really was not bad at all and will be going back to get the other ear done to match and bringing my friends this time. All the workers are really nice and love to answer all the questions and the atmosphere is super cute absolutely picture worthy!! My one thing I would say to maybe be a little picky about is the pricing. While yes this place does everything to be clean and uses all safe products I wish the pricing was a little lower just because since it is healthier to go here more people of course want to go but have to turn away because of pricing. For example my front helix was about $115. And I got the cleaner which added a $20 so it was not cheap even though I love and I am going back this does make me and I feel others rethink going because of that even though they know they will have a good experience. BUT OVERALL LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!!!

I found Rowan through raving recommendations on Reddit and Google and made an appointment. Melanie was so friendly and reassuring. She made me feel comfortable immediately and coached me through the piercing so well that I felt very minimal pain! She is very good at what she does. The rest of the staff was lovely and accommodating too. I wish I could go back before I leave and get 4 more piercings, but that will have to wait for next time. 6/5 stars!!! :)
