Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly without any of that pushy sales energy you sometimes feel in stores. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, really genuine. She helped answer my questions and introduced me to some products I hadn’t tried before. I actually ended up getting more than I planned because of how helpful she was! She even threw in samples of items I was curious about without me asking. That small gesture really made my day. I wish more salespeople were like her.

He's, like, in his 60s and blue collar worker and has never been in a Lush store before, so it was very fun. At one point, i tried the facial scrub. And some lotion. One of the associates said I could have some samples. I got three samples of 3 products and then found this minty facial scrub immediately after and wanted just one more sample of it because i love mint. I asked if i could have a sample of the mint scrub and the tall, blonde lady sternly told me, "you already have too many samples." It really killed and crushed my spirit and mood. Additionally, it was unprofessional. I think the professional, kind thing to say would've been, "Unfortunately, our store has a limit on the amount of samples we can share per day, perhaps come back another day and you can get more samples then if you like!" Or something to that extent. I walked around two more minutes, then realized Barry wasn't in the store anymore. I went outside and he was sitting on the ground. I asked what was up and he told me that the tall, blonde girl had been following him the entire time he was in the store like he was a shoplifter and wouldn't leave him alone because she kept watching if he was gonna steal something and he couldn't take it anymore, so he left. This is disgraceful and ridiculous. It was a very bad and rude end to an otherwise great trip. Employees suck. And they're dumb because they don't even get PAID extra money to be disrespectful and rude???? They just do that shit for free. Why r u doing the most for free? Doesn't make any sense. That's the opposite of making money. I dare you to catch me doing anything for free ever. Smdh. Bunch of clowns.

Sarah was so kind and knowledgeable about so many different products. i have sensitive skin and curly hair and she went through all of their hair care products and explained what they all did and helped me find one that would work best with my hair. she asked me what issues I was having with my skin and my hair and then was able to guide me to find such great products. They send you home with samples to try different products. i think that is such great. Marketing for Lush to do because I want to come back now haha It makes such a difference.For someone who doesn't know about this stuff to get an introduction into non drugstore products. if I lived here, I would come back all the time!
