I got a burst fade from a #0 (which is not an easy haircut) and she knocked it out of the park. Gave me good styling advice, too. The barbershop itself has good vibes. I highly recommend this place and Nancy in particular.

I booked it with Mike, as I was referred to him by a an associate of mine. They require your credit card information when booking to charge you if you cancel your appointment within two hours. I got a text within the 2 hour cancellation window saying they have rescheduled me with a different barber because I did not request Mike??? See pic attached. From what I gather Mike decided to take an extended lunch break and canceled my appointment within 2 hours of the actual appointment. Poor customer service, Jeremy tried to argue on the phone with me telling me I don’t know how to book an online appointment. I think my credentials far surpass the ability to request an appointment online. They did offer me an appointment at 5pm which completely defeats the purpose of making an appointment because I will not be in the country then and you would have to have very low intelligence to go to magazine street at peak rush hour. If you want your to be treated like a decent human being who’s time is valuable, I’d recommend looking for a cut elsewhere.
