  I recently went in Sephora to purchase a few items for myself and my daughter and upon entrance, I was not greeted but seemed to be mugged by one of the employees. I didn’t catch her name but she was a tall and thin shaped lady with a ponytail. Eventually I was greeted by the other employees which were all very polite and helpful. I will say they need to teach the others proper adequate skills.

  Store was very clean, Morgan was very helpful! Definitely would shop here again. They were out of stock on what I needed but Morgan helped me find something similar!

  I had a horrible experience 11-14-2023 . As soon as I stepped in the store with my return. The cashier asked me loudly if I had a return. I said yes, she then instructed me where to go. Everybody in the checkout line turned and looked at me as if I had stolen something. As I headed to the return area. I noticed a woman walking in with a return. I also noticed that the same cashier didn't greet her by asking her about her return as she had stated to me. After conducting my return, I was about to leave the store when a customer stopped me. She asked me if I wanted to have her Kohl's cash coupon that she just received. The same cashier woman overheard. She said she didn't know if that was allowed. The customer says, yeah she always give them away with no problem. The cashier woman called the supervisor, asked was it okay for me to receive the Kohl's cash. She was assured it was okay. The customer gave me her Kohl's cash coupon. Also the receipt, just in case I would need proof to use it. The customer told me she didn't want her receipt. However the cashier woman still felt the need to contact the manager asking about the receipt being given to me. She was told it's okay if the customer doesn't plan on making a return. It seems she was doing way more than her job. Since she had ejected herself all into my conversation with the customer. I took it upon myself to bring to her attention what she said to me about the return but didn't address the same to the person who came afterwards with a return. The cashier began raising her voice. Saying," That's her job and that's what she's supposed to say" She continues saying that over and over. But as I brought to her attention, I understood that, however that wasn't my issue. I wanna know why she didn't say the same to the other person who walked in minutes later with a return bag. She was loud over talking me drowning out what I was trying to relate. She started frantically asking and calling for a manager. She was making a scene, as if I was being confrontational with her. Very embarrassing. I am a senior citizen and not accustomed to young employees treating me so disrespectfully. I was talking normally, asking a simple question. I wasn't angry at all. Her being loud and not wanting to acknowledge my question was a reason people started crowing around us looking. When I told the manager what my issue was. He replied he didn't hear her being loud or doing anything wrong when I entered the store . However he wasn't nowhere around at that time . I asked him about playing back the security video to view the situation. He then said, "It's her job to address me to go to the Return Department with my return. Clearly that wasn't what I had a problem with. He totally was ignoring my issue. (Why did she select me to address that statement yet didn't relate the same statement when greeting the next person I saw walked in with a return.)

  The store can get a little crowded at this location, but the customer service was excellent! The associates there were super friendly & helpful. I honestly enjoyed shopping there.
