- DHDorene HighshawOct 20, 20211.0Very HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. You have a Karen working for you at this Monroe location. I have been a licensed stylist and hair instructor for well over 30 years and have never been treated so rudely by anyone at this location until recently. Blonde hair Caucasian female who doesn’t do hair in a shop but apparently bootlegs at home and dispenses unsolicited hair advice. Would not provide a sample of a new product that I was planning on recommending and retailing to my customers. She has prevented this location from generating revenue by being rude and refusing to comply with the PROFESSIONAL HAIR STYLIST/CUSTOMER. Fire her NEOW!! No 🧢

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.

Store purchases can be returned with a valid receipt. Online orders $150 or less can be returned in-store within 90 days (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears must be returned within 60 days with original receipt, refunded as a gift card.
