No help from staff. Too busy doing something with boxes. Prices are supposed to be located under items hidden under a flip up tab. Prices were not where they should be, and on both occasions, the kids must have moved them excuse was given. If you don't want to scan everything and give a price, please put prices where they can be seen. This is only for people with a beauty license, so not for the general public. Negative review for non helpful staff that would rather deal with stock than help a paying licensed person.

I have never really had a dissatisfying experience here until this past Monday 11,2023. I made an order online last week, then called the salon store in Monroe to ask if I could exchange for the correct product as I did not receive three out of the five correct ones. They told me yes, they would allow that I showed up Monday in order to exchange, and the girl would not allow me to do it and was a little on the road side about it this time. Told me to call the one 800 number and just have them fix it so I did that and they told me they are allowed to do in store exchange. She didn’t understand why she refused it. The product I already purchased was already sold and it has clients waiting for a week plus now for their product so it’s an inconvenience on the stores choice to not fulfill as they said they would just the week before and as we have done before. As much as I spend here, it’s very disheartening to be told No after your told yes and after you have already done it before, it puts a little bad taste in my mouth.

Very HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. You have a Karen working for you at this Monroe location. I have been a licensed stylist and hair instructor for well over 30 years and have never been treated so rudely by anyone at this location until recently. Blonde hair Caucasian female who doesn’t do hair in a shop but apparently bootlegs at home and dispenses unsolicited hair advice. Would not provide a sample of a new product that I was planning on recommending and retailing to my customers. She has prevented this location from generating revenue by being rude and refusing to comply with the PROFESSIONAL HAIR STYLIST/CUSTOMER.

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
