- KHK HNov 18, 20185.0I went in during the special for 1 process color $50. The salon was out of the colors I wanted (Red Violet (Matrix)). Anyway, LaSheria informed me and offered to reschedule my appoint when the color arrived. She also showed me the book again and allowed me to choose if I wanted to reschedule or pick another color. Well, the salon manager called her to the back. (This made me feel like my stylist was in trouble.). Well, the manager comes back out and tell another stylist "you just can't help some people" and continued to mumble to the other stylist while looking at me. She was very unprofessional. She then came over and told me the SAME Info Lasheria told me, offering to reschedule my appt. I informed her tha LaSheria had already informed me. However, they were out of almost ALL of the red violet tones. Anyway, I chose another color. LaSheria was very professional and accommodating. LaSheria is a perfectionist. She made sure my hair was styled perfectly. I am very pleased with my hair. However, the manager she micromanages the stylist. Other than that, I didn't see her do much. I will be back to see LaSheria!
