  The picture is my daughter for some reason, but this is her Mom Kim Cernigliaro; I want to sincerely thank the staff at Derma Mediq, my husband and I have had a plan to travel to Italy for 8 months now for two weeks. I started 3 months ago getting my skin back to where I wanted it to be. I felt like Ms Congenitally with everyone working on me! Everyone went to work from Kisha’s Lumica, Jeigh’s Morphues8 and Forma treatments and then on to Dr Sowma’s chair! You all are wonderful and I have received so many compliments on my skin and people have asked me what I have done and where did I go! To the Place I trust.. Derma Mediq, the staff really cares and wants you to get the results your working towards, they put a plan together for you! Thank you all so so much! Ciao for now! 🇮🇹

  I absolutely love Dr. Soma and her staff. From the moment I walked in, I was acknowledged right away and made to feel welcome. Dr. Soma took her time with me and thoroughly explained everything I had questions about and I ask a lot of questions lol! She was patient, attentive, and made sure I understood every detail. The entire experience was professional, comfortable, and reassuring. Based on my experience, it’s hard to see how anyone wouldn’t have a positive visit here. I highly recommend them.

  This is one of my favorite places to visit. I absolutely love the environment. Kisha is one of the sweetest people and she takes care of me & makes sure I understand what’s being done & the results I am going to achieve. The doctor is very knowledgeable as well. 10/10 highly recommend coming here.

  I visited this clinic for Botox (or Xeomin) in my chin and DAO muscles, along with Versa filler in my nasolabial folds and chin. The clinic itself made a great first impression—clean, inviting, and very professional. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, and the doctor was especially reassuring. She took her time, explained her recommendations clearly, and never made me feel rushed. I felt confident moving forward based on her guidance. My initial appointment included Botox/Xeomin to the chin, with a follow‑up scheduled for one week later. I was also advised that two vials of Versa would be used to smooth and balance my nasolabial folds and chin. After the injections, I experienced full facial redness, which has since resolved. I’ve been documenting my progress daily with photos, including before‑and‑after images. I do have a follow‑up scheduled at the two‑week point and I plan to update this review on day 14. Update on my follow‑up visit: Dr. Sowma listened to my concerns and provided her recommendations to enhance my treatment and it went wonderfully! I would recommend this clinic to anyone and I look forward to trusting my beauty and massage needs to Dr. Sowma and her amazing team of experts in the future!

  I would probably give 1 star, if it weren't for how nicely they treated my pregnant daughter when I got her a prenatal massage to help with the pains she was having. I was fooled by the appearance of professionalism, cleanliness, and the 5-star reviews. I'm not sure how they choose who gets this "royal" treatment or who is allowed the actual time in the office or who qualifies to have their questions answered, or who gets approval to actually have things explained to them, but that was not my experience. I told them repeatedly that this was my first time, and I needed questions answered. I can honestly say I did not feel like a person, nor respected, nor cared for. I felt as though I was on a conveyer belt and being rushed in and out. Scheduled a consultation, and the doctor comes in and just says, "ok, what do we want to do? You ready?" Even after me explaining that this was a first-time consultation and I had questions, she said, "OK, well, we can do xxxx and xxx." Then she rushed out of the room. The people she has working for her were more compassionate and helpful. I had to force the doctor to answer some questions and explain some things, but I wasn't sure what to ask and I was given only 2 options for treatment. I didn't get to discuss anything--no other treatments/plans, no other medications, nadda. It was blatantly clear that they ONLY thing "cared" about there is money, not the patient, and there is no up-front pricing. Would not recommend unless you just have money to throw away or like being treated like an inconvenience. This was an expensive lesson I won't need a second time. As for the "numbing", that did pretty much nothing (might as well have slathered on aloe vera gel... just as effective). And injections were done so quickly it felt like it was careless.
