The struggle with my skin has been a long journey with every failed method imaginable to treat my cystic breakouts and melasma. Sohima listened to all of my concerns and built a strategy to support and achieve the skin I’ve always longed for. She is so genuinely invested in me getting results, when her treatment plan started showing the results I thought were impossible to achieve, she was right there to share in the happy tears!

- SBShakeeva Barnes5 days ago3.0Love coming here, however, after looking for to a great massage for the start of the New Year, I was disappointed that when I arrived & was checked in, there was no sign or assigned locker for me. After waiting minutes for this, along with a robe and slippers, I have wasted 10 minutes just standing there and getting prepared. I was only about to sit in the room for 2 minute before someone grabbed me for massage. At first, I was not comfortable and not okay but after my massage, I was relieved. The massage made me forget and relax. It definitely started out bad but ended on a good note.

When my masseuse came still not one person in the waiting room. Granted I made an appointment 1.5 was prior. Could you maybe sit me in a nice comfortable place since obviously all the other reserved spots were not till after my appointment? Whatever No biggie but then started massage. ….. 40 minutes into my 110 min massage, there was loud major hammering tools construction going on just outside my room. I was shocked. It was continuous. I was so calm enjoying my time and suddenly talking and then non stop construction I wanted relaxation on a day I took off work especially for this and then suddenly annoyed, stressed and angry. I spent so much money and to be stressed? It ruined my experience. When finished I told my masseuse “who is doing construction in a spa during work hours”. He was totally embarrassed and shocked as well. I walk out my room and literally the door across from me was wide open with a gentleman doing construction on the room. I said “sorry but it’s completely rude to be doing construction in a spa where people are trying to relax”, and he said oh I’ll shut the door and closed the door in my face. I’m like wow. I had a facial next and mentioned to my facial girl that I did not want to be near that room. Which thank goodness i did because my room was again in that area And I told her about the construction She went and got the manager who was very apologetic offered me 15% off which looking back is nothing When I spent $500! Also, why not stop the construction? I wonder if there was anyone else there experiencing the same So after my facial just wanted to get out of there. Day off to try and relax and de- stress fail. Never will return to Woodhouse Metairie.

To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We have age restrictions for some services and anyone under the age of 18 will require parental release before the services can be rendered. Please give us a call for age requirements. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.

In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
