- CSCat SmilesSep 12, 20251.0I will not be going back to this store. I will be going to the one near my home across the lake. I know what i needed and like because I am an esthetician as well. When asking about products it was condescending behavior that I received from staff asking me if I wanted a particular product because of a tik tok trend. I am not interested in tik tok and I’m also 48 years old. Products with certain ingredients I was told that I didn’t need so when I asked about the double serum by a Clarins because it was recommended to me from a friend who has been using it for the last 6 months and her skin looks remarkable. Well when I was told about a tik tok trend and it was the only reason I wanted it I politely left. I then went to Macys and purchased it from their counter from a wonderful young lady. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location again.

I went in to pickup some blush. I had an idea of what I wanted but had some questions because I'm not huge makeup girlie . Lexxi immediately helped me out and was the KINDEST and most helpful salesperson I think I've ever encountered. Educational, informative, and in no way pushy. She even made sure I was moisturized and had sunscreen on my face after she tried so shades on me and cleaned them off.
