Rude staff, will not be buying from them again if this is how they treat their loyal customers. The African American lady was rude, rushing us and the amount of money I’ve spent on Mac I expect better service. Instead of restocking items I have decided to switch to a brand that treats its customers better. If you like being racially profiled- shop at this store.

I called on Wednesday and the manager Thuy Trinh (who always help me when I called to order) was there. I told her what happened and she went beyond and above to get my stuff right. Thanks to Thuy for the great service! She asked what happened and got everything ready and fixed in no time honey! Thuy knew what I wanted and there was no ask question or nothing. I loved Thuy she is the best manager and her customer service is amazing. I highly recommend this Mac Cosmetics to anyone ❤️
