  I scheduled an appointment at 12pm with Riley I arrived at 12pm I waited in line as the lady at the register helped another customer after she helped that customer she walked them over to the salon and never came back as if I was invisible. I sat there and waited for another 9 minutes thinking she would come back. So I finally rang the bell and she came over I told her I had an appointment at 12pm she said “okay well she’s doing someone else’s hair right now so you’ll have to wait”. I sat in the waiting area for 5mins and finally Riley came over and helped another customer then finally acknowledged me and said “I’m doing highlights right now I will talk me 20-30mins to finish applying this then I will be with you our booking system is messed up today”. I completely understood that but a whole hour passed by no one came to check on me or anything so I left. This was horrible service and never will I go back! Thank you to Ulta Beauty Salon for taking me in the same day
