The staff explained what to expect and made sure the numbing cream was doing it’s job. All the explanations really put me completely at ease!! Everyone is very knowledgeable and very caring! Holly, herself, did the procedure and did a wonderful job. Always making sure I was comfortable and letting me know what section of my face she would be working on next. I highly recommend Oak House Med Spa & Wellness Center!!! Definitely give it a 5 Star Rating!!!
