- NSnisha singhDec 27, 20251.0We went in to get some products. One of the staff ( girl with black straight hair) kept hovering around us as if we were running away. We had minimal makeup on so I guess she judged us. They didn’t have the product or the tester. My friend suggested to try the shade that works for her and she picked her shade since she needed to buy it anyway. She suggested to try that one and this staff racist staff lady came running as if she caught us in some criminal activity. When we said we are buying it don’t worry, she still kept hovering over treating us like shoplifters. Extremely disappointed, unprofessional experience. RACIST staff! @cosmetic store- do better!
