- BLBelinda LopezOct 21, 20251.0If you have a young child, do not see the lady with short dark red hair. She clearly does not have the patience for children and needs to find a new career. She was VERY impatient with my FOUR YEAR OLD and was shaking her head at another mom with her little the whole time she was with my child because the kid was walking around and being a kid. The mom was with her kid the whole time so she didnt have anything to worry about. My child was fine until she pulled out the blowdryer without telling him what she was doing and he lost it. He's 4 and was just caught off guard and started crying. She kept rolling her eyes because I guess she was mad he was getting snot on the cape. Then she got mad at me for consoling my 4 yr old and she told me to stop touching him.... excuse me?! So I went to grab him and said we were done. She quickly fixed her attitude and offered my kids suckers in attempt to apologize. We have been there MANY times and never had an issue and I've recommended them multiple times. I'll THINK about returning but will leave if the lady with short red hair is my only option.
