I scheduled an appointment in advance with this place, but when I arrived at the confirmed time, the location was closed with no prior notice, signage, or communication. I waited for a while and even tried calling, but there was no response.
This experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional—especially considering this is a wellness service where clients depend on punctuality and reliability. My time was wasted, and I left without any explanation or apology.
I hope management takes steps to improve communication and respect clients’ time. Until then, I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.

My husband and I booked back-to-back facials with Caroline on a Saturday morning as a treat. I arrived 10 minutes early, only to be told she wasn’t there yet but was on her way. At 10:05, Caroline called to say she wouldn’t make it until closer to 11:00—my husband’s scheduled time—and that she’d have to cancel both appointments. The timing did not make sense why we were both cancelled and not just one of us, unless she had no plan on coming in at all for the day. She then offered to reschedule for Tuesday, which didn’t work for us, then suggested next Saturday. Needless to say we will not schedule next Saturday because we will find another place that will gladly accept our business without cancelling after arriving to our appointment.
This situation was entirely avoidable and reflects poorly on the business, especially in a competitive market. There was no apology, no effort to retain our business, and no incentive to return. We’re incredibly disappointed. Supporting small/local businesses is incredibly important to us but these kind of experiences is exactly why some small businesses struggle to survive.
