  Do not go here all the workers are rude and very nasty don’t even welcome you and the door went there yesterday and everyone acted like they was busy didn’t open they mouth to say welcome to Sephora or may I help you spent $180.00 I wanted to put all my stuff back I don’t like spending my money where I’m not welcome at!!! Next time I’ll go to the one by kohl

  Reggie was so nice and EXTREMELY helpful, for all my melanin girlies needing help finding shades or even just general questions i definitely recommend asking for him!

  Been a Sephora Member for years..Tried to book a makeup appointment online and couldn't so I called..spoke with someone name Alex. He tried to help book an appointment when he couldn't he wrote it down for one of the makeup artist/employees to do it the next day by taking my name and number.I do not live in Baton Rouge or Louisiana so I took an uber to the appointment. When I got there they said the makeup artist/employee had called out and that they were short staffed so they didn't have anyone to do it. The Manager didn't offer any reasonable solutions..nothing for the inconvenience..never called to let me know it was canceled to avoid riding in an Uber in Baton Rouge's traffic. They really didn't seem interested..very nonchalant. Ruined my plans for the day.

  Alex is a doll and truly made my day by going above and beyond helping with a product I have wanted for so long. It is rare to feel special as a customer and he did a fantastic job of that!
