As of late every time I come into the store, they do not have what I need. They are always out of wax strips or they don't have a specific brand of gloves. The size or brand I need. They don't stock the shelves and when I am questioning about it, they'll tell me we have shipments and we haven't went through the boxes yet so I asked when are you going through the boxes? Oh, we might have on the shelf the day after tomorrow like what is the point of a POS system to let you know that product is low and then you're not utilizing that and having product on the shelves it's like it's a real inconvenience for me. It's also aggravating to constantly pull out my id. I suggest hiring someone just to stock. When Vivian is there the store is stocked she knows you by name , and knows exactly what you want or need .

I shop here a lot and I notice they are very selective of who they speak to or welcome in. I can always count on them to be in the same aisle as me though without offering help or saying a word and I normally ignore it but it's starting to bother me. Otherwise they have a great selection of things I need.
