  It doesn't have the selection that Sephora has at its own shop at the mall near this one.

  I asked to redeem my birthday present and was given points rather than the present. When I expressed to them that i did not want the points they told me there was nothing they could do. Extremely upset.

  If I could put zero stars I would. I was very disappointed in the way staff conducted themselves while I was shopping. For context: employees black, I’m black and another shop was white. This was my first time shopping here and I was very excited because the store was so close to other stores I go to. However, I began to notice the employees there were following me around the whole store. I thought I was be crazy so I test the theory and started walk random place for 5 mins and y'all better believe the employees followed me everywhere I went. Then, this white lady comes in to the store asking her for help and I wanted to see what she would do so I walked across the store. To my surprises she rushed to answer the lady and came right back to follow me. Leaving the white lady in the same spot still looking confused, in my opinion. After that I put my things back and decided to buy my items online. To prove I wasn’t stealing I’m posting my receipt. However, I found this to show bias the employee was towards black shoppers. I will not be shopping here anymore! Either trust your shoppers or close your doors.
