- JCJ. ClarkeFeb 19, 20261.0I’ve never encountered such a rude and nasty employee until this past Monday while I was shopping at this Sephora location. I simply walked up to an employee who was “fixing “ her makeup in the mirror, clearly indicating that she was not busy. I said “Hi, could you tell me where”. - and before I could finish my question she turns, looks at me and states “I’m off the clock!” She then turns back to the mirror and continues to “fix” her makeup. I usually don’t write reviews, however she needs to be reprimanded.. I don’t know if she’s just young and doesn’t know any better or if she’s just that rude. Either way I’m I will choose to shop at another Sephora location if this is the type of customer service that’s given. On the other hand thank you so much to the employee Erika for taking the time to help me , much blessings to you!

She was kind, patient, and genuinely took the time to understand my skin and recommend products that actually fit my needs. She made me feel heard and cared for—thank you, Tammy. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill after I asked if my husband could also receive a skincare consultation. We were assisted by another employee whose name I didn’t catch, a young woman with a beard, who was extremely rude and dismissive. Before we could even explain ourselves, she implied we were requesting the service “just for fun,” as if we were wasting her time. This was upsetting and completely uncalled for, especially since we were actively shopping and planning to purchase products. The contrast between Tammy’s excellent service and this employee’s attitude was shocking. Because of how disrespected my husband was made to feel, I chose not to move forward with the purchases Tammy recommended—even after such a positive start. Great employees like Tammy shouldn’t be overshadowed by treatment like this.
