- CHClaire HebertAug 28, 20253.0I hate to leave a less than perfect review for a place that I frequent so often. I think that the people who work here are decent people who care. But what I do not understand, is how trying to use the benefits of the app to place an order turns into me having to pay twice for an item with the hopes of a reimbursement through my card payment. If you don't know your own inventory and are double charging customers who have already paid for their order, you need to make a fix. Not to mention, the item that was out of stock - was replaced with a twin item of the same exact price. I have no problem taking a different color identical item... But I do have a problem getting charged multiple times on their account of not knowing their own inventory. Times are tough, I shouldn't be worried about spending more money for something already paid for and told WAS ready for pick up when it in fact was NOT. I really hope they are able to fix their issues within their own system to make the customer experience better. I don't plan to order online again.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
