  Iggy was amazing, he listened to our likes and recommended some phenomenal, will absolutely be coming back for his customer service alone, but also because the products smell amazing.

  Iggy was the absolute best. Today was my first time in a lush store after researching products online. He made the experience and the trip to Baton Rouge so worth it.

  So 2 weeks ago, my sisters and I were visiting the city and realized there was a mall directly across the street from our hotel. Of course we went in to see what was offered. We walked past this store with everyone glancing as we walked by, stating how interesting the store looked, but we didn't enter at that time. On the second walk by, we just couldn't resist it. We walked into this store and were immediately greeted with enthusiasm and smiles by 2 front of the house employees. Four of my sisters stayed in the front of the store shopping, but 2 of us wandered to the back once I saw a sign about skincare. Adam was there and welcomed us into that department. I began to browse and of course Adam offered assistance. I informed him of my skin concerns and you could hear it in his voice that he was ecstatic to assist. Adam was VERY knowledgeable about the products and didn't hesitate to answer the 312 (may have been more) questions we asked. He demonstrated a few scrubs and creams over the sink with us and gave great descriptions of the benefits. By then my other 4 sisters walked to the back wondering what was going on. Adam still didn't seem to be overwhelmed and handled our entire interaction with grace and professionalism. He left us all ready to plan our next visit in our hometown. (reason for delay in the review, wanting to test out product) On this visit we all purchased bath items (soaps and bath bombs), but we also received samples that Adam figured would address some of our skin care concerns. It's been 2 weeks and the suggestions were spot on, as I'm already seeing improvement with my enlarged pores and undereye bags. I would love to give a shout out to everyone that was working on Feb 6 (midday). That was a great first time visit for all of us!!!! Thank you all
