    I went into the salon to get a hair color and cut. They cut my hair, extremely uneven that I now need to go to another salon and get them to fix it. They also charged me for a double bowl of dye and only used a single bowl. And they cut my hair before they dyed my hair, so there was no reason to charge me for a double bowl of dye. Also, the dry job is uneven, and she rinsed out the dye before my timer was up. She also rinsed me with extremely cold water that it felt like she would’ve put my head in a bowl of ice. And the color is also uneven… some sections of my hair are light, and some sections of my hair are dark. I called the corporate office to file a complaint and waiting for a follow up on that complaint. Please do not go to the salon to get a haircut or color, because they charge you for expert pricing and they do not perform as an expert.
