    I arrived at the salon at my scheduled time on Oct 16 at 4:15 and was a few minutes early. My appt was scheduled by Alyssa Bordelon on Oct 7 at 12 pm via phone. Alyssa booked me with her for a highlight and hair cut. I told her my hair is long and I needed a full highlight and cut. She said she would be able to do it. I just have to arrive at 4:15 BC the salon closes at 7. I said OK. I arrived and one of the workers seemed shocked and look frustrated. Come to find out it was Alyssa.I told her my name and she asked if I had an appt. I said yes! She told me she tried to call me 3 xs and tell me she couldn't do it. I never received any calls from JcPenny its obvious at this time she is lying and doesn't want to do my hair. She asked me for my phone number and started typing it in the computer. She said well I won't be able to do it today. I said what ?!? I took off work to come here. We exchanged words then she took a phone call from a customer. As she was on the phone another employee walked in Amy, and she asked what was going on and I told her. Alyssa says I didn't say I couldn't do it, another lie. I told Amy that Alyssa said she tried to call me, but if she had my number why did she ask me for my cell then type it in the computer?!? All of a sudden Alyssa said she can do my hair now! I was in desperate need so I let her do it because I took off work to come here! Keep in mind my hair hasn't been done in 4 months. Alyssa asked if I wanted balayage or a partial assuming to cut time. I said no! I made my appt for full highlight. Then she said I told you in the front I probably couldn't do and it was because I had a haircut scheduled. No one showed up for a haircut. It was lies after lies. I got out of the salon at 7:50. Overall my hair is OK and could of been better. I do have bleed marks from the bleach (lines on the side of my head) I was going to consider this being my new salon, but after this I'm not. If you don't want to work and make money why work. Her attitude and professionalism was horrible. Don't book clients if you don't want to do their hair! Our time is just as valuable as yours! You just lost a potential client. I tried to call u twice I called yesterday and you wasn't there and today too. Let me know when you will be there so o can call you. I was told the Salon Manager is Judy and you wasn't there.

    My daughter's hair is soooo..... thick and waves mixed with curls can leave her hair in knots. Katie took good care of her and was polite and very helpful in getting her hair layered and thinned some. We will be back to see Katie in the future.

    Booked appointments several days in advance only to be cancelled at the last minute for one of them. Because their 1:00 had booked online and then had to go get products, she called me at 1:20pm and acted like it was no big deal to cancel and ask me to reschedule. I'm sorry, but if you're not ready at your appointment time, then you should have to reschedule. I wish I could give 0 stars. Don’t book with Jhada Story, she won’t value your time or business.
