- ATAndrea T3 days ago1.0My partner came here with me to trim off ends and rework shape. My cut was basic and I expected to lose a lot of length. It was okay at best. His hair is horrendously butchered, not a single straight line to be found. Zero fade or blend. This will take months to fix with a master stylist. We won’t ever come back, avoid this place. Beyond disappointed.

I really try not to be picky but this is the worst cut I've gotten in a decade. When I started to express displeasure at the length and style, the stylist panicked and started cutting more. Won't be back.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
