- ABAmber BlackAug 12, 20251.0The beginning of going there was okay but then I overheard some girl that worked there talk bad about a customer while I was waiting in the lobby. That honestly isn’t the reason I’m not going back. I prepaid for a Kybella service, they called and said the injector no longer works there, no big deal, I asked if I could do micro-needing instead, they said that was fine. I do the service it went good but when we got up front she charged me half price for the micro-needling…when Kybella is more expensive. I was charged an extra 200 when the other MedSpa here in Winchester does micro-needing for 300 with no discounts. I don’t plan on going back after that.

I had a microneedling appointment scheduled, and when I got there the needles hadn’t arrived, so they gave me a free hydrofacial for the inconvenience. That was great, but the next week I had a lash lift and tint scheduled — I was informed about an hour before said appointment that the adhesive was sticky/they couldn’t use it (which I appreciate them not using bad adhesive on me, but still) and they asked if I wanted to do something else that day. I said no, because I already had a make-up microneedling appointment scheduled in a few days. I got there on time for my appointment (after confirming said appointment over the phone and through their text service days prior) and the door was locked. I didn’t receive a call about any sort of cancellation, or an apology for my wasted time after I left a polite message to express my disappointment. I gave three stars because I really did have a good experience with the facial, but the inconsistency has me seeking to spend money elsewhere.

The staff are amazing and the prices are reasonable. They truly go above and beyond and I will be a long time customer.
