- BRBreezy ROct 26, 20251.0I went to great clips to get my hair cut for my wedding and they messed it all the way up I asked for a bald fade and got it shaved bald on the sides I asked them to line the long hair up on the sides of the top they left hair with no crisp line so now I have to go to wedding with a messed up hair cut. Oh not to mention I asked them to line my beard up and they took my beard down to just above a chin strap worst experience I have ever had with my hair being cut!!!!

She has cut my hair several times before however she reviewed previous notes prior to starting on my cut. I was preparing to go on vacation and wanted to look my best. She gave me a great cut and checked it twice to see if I was satisfied. I was very satisfied and thanked her before leaving.

Not sure why she could not see that! I pointed them out. She snipped a bit more. She asked again if cut was ok. At that point it was clear I did not want her to mess the cut up more. So I said, ok. She started blowing my hair out & burned my neck with the heat so high. Finished, went to pay, she walked away from the desk & just started sweeping the floor. Another stylist took over & checked me out. Also, this place is filthy inside. Whomever owns this franchise needs to shape it up! Won’t go back to this location!
