  It was an amazing experience. Kennedy was amazing. She explained everything she was doing. She is very knowledgeable and skilled. My hair was so pretty. This is the first time in a very long time that I truly love my hair. I would highly recommend the JCPenney salon!!!!!

  I’d like to give a big shout kudos to Dekeisha she wasn’t just a hairdresser she’s an Artist! She listened to what I wanted I’d like say I’ve never been happier with the CUT and highlights.So make your appt with her she rocks ..... !!!👏👏👏👏👏

  Went to get my hair done and your supposed to feel good when you leave nope not me! I think my 11 year old could have done a better job! I paid too much money to have got what I got! Never again! Stay away! That woman new I hated it she kept making up reasons as to why it looked so bad of course none of them was her fault! I should have known better and went to where I normally go! 👎 she did say if I came back she would fix it for double the cost!

  I don't know how they even keep this place open. I've been there for brow waxing they did terrible job, hair coloring and had to go back for them to fix it and still horrible and haircut for myself and didn't look like they touched it and took my granddaughter for a cut and she still has split ends everywhere. So I highly recommend no one waste there money there cause it was a different person each time so it's just not one but all that are terrible.
