- JHjonathan hurt2 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars I would. Have been going to this location for close to 2 yrs. Today was the worst experience possible. One of the ladies asked me if I checked in online I told her yes. She didn’t spend 1 millisecond trying to find my notes she just said I don’t see any notes, then when I sat down she asked me what kind of haircut do you usually get before I could completely get the first sentence out she was shaving off the sides with a 1. I usually get a 1 on the side with a fade into the top. She shaved it so high there was no chance to fade it. My hair is awful by the way it’s very light on top so haircuts are very important, a terrible one can lead to having to shave your head for the rest of your life. She couldn’t have cared less about doing a good job. I’m so aggravated at this lady I will never go back to that location and probably never go back to a great clips period, I can’t handle a company who would employ someone who don’t care at all about anything. I’m 42 and this is one of the worst experiences iv ever experienced in anything.

Can't say enough how thankful I am for today's visit!

Waited for one of the three ladies to greet me and confirm my check in. None of them did so. Took a seat. Another lady came in and was almost immediately checked in. Just don’t understand the point of using the app if the cosmetologists don’t use it or value it when the customer gets there.
