- JSJameson SmithApr 6, 20261.0I honestly don’t even know where to start. My experience at Great Clips was one of the worst I’ve ever had. I walked in expecting a simple, clean haircut, and somehow walked out looking like I lost a bet. First off, the stylist barely listened to what I asked for. I tried to explain the length and style I wanted, but it felt like they just nodded and did whatever they wanted anyway. Within a few minutes, I could already tell something was off—but by then it was too late. The sides were uneven, the top was way shorter than I asked for, and the overall shape just made no sense. It looked rushed and sloppy, like there was zero attention to detail. I’ve had better haircuts from people with no experience at all. What made it worse was how they tried to style it at the end like everything was fine. No amount of gel or brushing could fix what had already been done. I left the place honestly shocked at how bad it turned out. Overall, I’m super disappointed and definitely won’t be coming back. If you care at all about your hair, I’d seriously think twice before going here.

The stylist was being very violent, grabbing my hair and yanking it. 1 star, Im super disappointed, not coming back..

The lady that checked me in was rude and hateful and said can't you see We're busy so it will be a hour. We will get to you when we get to you. Thing was this location wasn't busy. And due to her being hateful I left. Im not sitting in a chair with someone acting like that

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
