HELPFUL Note: Going to a stylist takes communication knowledge of their language..learn it before you go.. take pictures with you...talk to them during the finishing steps to accomplish the style your seeking and adjust to ur liking. They are not mind readers...for customers with less than 5 stars!

One stylist finished with a customer as we walked in the door, and the other was busy with another customer. We waited 15 minutes for the lady who was finished, but she went to the back of the store. When she came back out, she was on her phone and looking for a particular customer who was not on the list. Instead of calling us, the next customer, she went to the back again. We stayed another 5 minutes, but she did not come back out. Y'all, they opened at 9am on a Saturday morning, and we left at 10am so it wasn't break time. We won't be back.
