She took a razor to my hair (which I know now is not recommended for my hair type) because it would be faster for her to cut my thick hair with. Never had a haircut that fast and that BAD in my life. I had 2 little straggly pieces of my long hair left and the rest was absolutely botched. Went the next day somewhere else to have it fixed and lost 12 inches of hair in the end, and had damage to my healthy hair from it being ripped out with a razor. I was mortified. Traumatizing experience. She should not be cutting hair. Will never go back.
