The reason I am rating it 1 star is because while my daughter was getting her haircut I overheard the older lady stylist cursing up a storm (B-WORD, F-WORD) in front of customers & children, SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! My daughter is young but she knows what curse words are. She needs to be disciplined about customer service. Absolutely disgusting behavior!!

It was my first time ever visiting great clips. Ive only ever visited locally owned shops with one exception being Walmart across the road for my last cut. That was a terrible experience that left me with uneven layers and a choppy mess. Miss Delsie took the time to listen to my hair history and look at pics of what I wanted. Shes absolutely the sweetest woman. Although my hair was too short to do the exact style I had a picture of, she nailed it! I couldn't have asked for a better hair cut. I have to honestly say its the best stacked bob Ive ever had. My layers are perfect. The volume is insane. Miss Delsie I appreciate you more than you know! I feel bold, sassy and so much better!
