  From walking in the door to checking out was a 5 star experience. This place is the picture of luxury from complimentary champagne and mimosas and snacks and infused water. The beautiful atmosphere was stunning and everyone so nice and attentive. A complimentary steam sauna is included. The robes felt like something i could live in! Now the massage, Cyn knew what she was doing. I asked for a deep tissue and she went in on my stiff, sore and stressed muscles. I fell asleep during the session I was so relaxed. This place is it and if you're thinking about going, do it!! You won't be sorry!

  From the moment I walked into Woodhouse Spa in downtown Louisville, the experience felt elevated and intentional. The atmosphere is calm, beautifully designed, and immediately puts you in a relaxed state of mind. Every detail—from the lighting to the robes and welcome amenities—feels thoughtfully curated for comfort and luxury. The staff was professional, warm, and attentive without ever being overbearing. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated how organized everything felt from start to finish. The quiet room and relaxation areas before and after the service added a nice touch that made the entire visit feel more like a full spa retreat rather than just an appointment. My massage was excellent—skilled, consistent pressure, and clearly tailored to what I needed. I left feeling noticeably more relaxed and reset, both physically and mentally. Overall, Woodhouse Spa delivers a true upscale spa experience in Louisville. It’s clean, calming, and well-run, and I would absolutely return for another service or a full spa day.

  This was my first time going to a spa. This place was amazing! The atmosphere was calming, clean, and very aesthetic. They had complementary snacks, beverages(including alcohol) They had a sauna, a shower and many things in the women’s dressing room/bathroom to use for after your shower/service. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The massage was great, I found it very relaxing, healing and definitely worth it! The esthetician Mollie who did my facial was also amazing and she recommended me a few products to target my skin concerns! The facial was also incredibly relaxing and well done. I will definitely be back to this place.

  This spa is a gem in Louisville. It has a bigger city spa feel to it, in the sense that I would expect their level of attention and luxury in a place like NY, LA, or Chicago, etc. We were greeted by 3 friendly staff members upon arrival. The one that led us back to the lounge area and showed me the ladies changing room was very sweet. Another person showed my partner the mens amenities. We were booked for a couples hot stone massage. The two that took care of us were polite, professional and did a great job. Sometimes a slight issue in a couples massage can be that one of the masseurs is a bit loud during the appointment and it can ruin it for both people, however, that was not the case here! They were so quiet and it was such a great experience! They did a good job when they occasionally asked about pressure, etc. it was appropriate timing and volume, etc. I highly recommend this spa if you want a true retreat experience. After our massages, I wanted to try the sauna inside the ladies changing space, unfortunately it wasn’t working at the time, but I was able to relax in the lounge and they brought me hot tea to relax a bit longer before I left.

  I booked a couples massage for my husband and me for our anniversary at Woodhouse Spa. We had never been there before, but after researching spas and reading reviews, Woodhouse seemed like exactly what I was looking for. Boy, was I right! The facilities are beautiful, everything smells amazing, and the atmosphere is exactly what you want when you're trying to relax and recharge. The lounge area offers plenty of comfortable seating, along with complimentary nuts, chocolates, water, and tea. The Himalayan salt sauna was an especially nice touch, and I would definitely do that again. As for the massage, I'll admit I was a little hesitant. I've never really been a massage person—I usually find them uncomfortable, too much pressure, and honestly have a hard time relaxing. My husband loves them, though, so I was being a team player. 😊 That all changed thanks to Diana. I explained upfront that massages usually aren't my thing and that I preferred very light pressure. She immediately put me at ease, listened to exactly what I wanted, and customized the experience for me. She was absolutely fantastic. In fact, she must be magical because I FELL ASLEEP. That never happens! This was such a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
