She is sooo cheerful and exciting to talk to and so helpful. Thank you Hayley Hailey. I hope Kohls Sephora appreciates you.
- EAElzara AslanJun 20, 20251.0The employees thought we were stealing, three different employees come up to me and my sister asking if we need anything in the cologne section every two seconds. The brunette lady with the blue eyes was around us the entire time and when I asked for a cologne she says in her walkie, “yeah I’m talking to THEM right now” obviously referring to us. I understand loss prevention but that was absurd when we had no ill intentions, especially in the perfume section where you can’t even steal anything you just smell things. I even told her to keep the cologne at the front if it made her get off our backs. The blonde lady checking me out was very rude. Very unwelcoming staff who assume everybody is stealing. I won’t come back to this location, the Stand alone sephora has better workers who are nice and professional.
